Welcome to Tourshopperss
At tourshopperss we believe that our future growth will only be
viable and prosperous if we look at sustainability in all its
dimensions from the Guest Shoes.
Face –to- Face – We make sure we meet our customers
personally at least once or even twice during the course of
the holiday trip.
Our experience so far has shown that a client finds it easier
to relate to and work with someone they've actually met in person,
rather than a voice on the phone or someone typing into an email.
We believe that if a potential client spends over half the meeting
doing the talking, you're well on your way to a sale.
We take the responsible for making sure that all the details
of the trip are set in advance and happy we are in the environment
where we are face to face with our customers.
We respond to messages promptly & keep our Clients informed
- This goes without saying really. We all know how annoying
it is to wait days for a response to an email or phone call.
It might not always be practical to deal with all customers'
queries within the space of a few hours, But as per the Guest
requirement we reply to that we have received their information
and you will be contacted as soon as possible (apart from our
staff handling )We do it from our personal desk too.
We have a clearly defined customer support to save you a lot.
If any problem …. What our Guest should do? If the first
option doesn't work, then what? Should they contact another
person for the package or billing etc .If they're not satisfied
with any aspect of our customer service, who should they tell?
Finally We the owners of Tourshopperss Go Out Of our Way to
Help and Keep our Guests Holiday an undisturbed and ever remembered
trip. We Honor our promises to you.
